This is a well rounded mallet set. Including a large bossing mallet, large shrink/stretch mallett. All mallet heads are made from laminated birch. The handles are made from poplar. Suitable for use with steel and aluminum. Mallets are shipped treated with a wood conditioner.
Available in Natural, Camo, Charcoal, Dark Brown and Light Brown colors.
All mallets are hand-made one at a time. Please allow adequate time to produce and ship.

The story behind the flannel:
J&L Harley-Davidson teamed up with Joe at Snap Fabrications to create a modern take on the 1971 Super Glide to celebrate 50 years of the Super Glide/Boat Tail.
Fifty years ago, Harley-Davidson introduced the 1971 FX Super Glide by mating a Big Twin chassis with a Sportster front end giving it a lean, custom profile
Another unique feature was the fiberglass rear fender/stepped seat combination commonly referred to as a “Boat Tail” seat
A total of 4,700 Super Glides were built in the 1971 introduction year

You will not find a better quality mallets in the industry. Handmade right here in the USA the mallet heads are constructed of select grade hardwood laminate. Each veneer is graded to eliminate defects and dyed under high pressure to give it color uniformity. They are then coated with high-strength, virtually waterproof industrial glue resin. The beautiful colors are created by alternating colored layers and bonding them together under intense heat and pressure. This extensive process produces a laminate blank long known for exceptional strength, stability and unconditional use in any environment. The handle is made of quality American walnut or poplar depending on availability.
